Best place to Learn Yoga
I would say it’s the best place where someone can learn yoga and become healthy every day. A peaceful place, hygienic, properly ventilated and logistically well facilitated. When I joined I was told by doctors to not indulge in any physical exercise. I just went to this place to ask a guruji if there is any possibility of recovering from this medical problem. I was suffering from cervical, but within 2 weeks of joining here, it completely vanished.

Have been associated with guruji for more than 5 years now, in 1 hour of yoga one can have the best experience, the best thing about the class is one gets to practise pranayam through the whole class while they perform active exercises. Class starts with a warmup session followed by a focused body part each day and ends with meditation or prayer. Can’t get a better experience than this, would highly recommend it.
